Our company is looking for a person(s) with strong telemarketing or medical office experience to assist in telemarketing outsourced medical services and software solutions (such as transcription, outsourced billing/coding, Practice Management and EMR) to medical offices and hospitals nationally. The ideal candidate for this challenging and rewarding position will be someone who is comfortable with using the phone extensively (making an average of 30-40 calls per hour is a very realistic expectation) and enjoys providing solutions to offices that can save them money, time and improve their operations. The person also must be comfortable with meeting quota expectations. An extra would be someone who understands the flow of the medical office and has experience in building rapport with an office manager, doctor and their staff. Your responsibility would be to contact offices and hospitals and pre-qualify them for our services and solutions and then enroll them in a consultation and ultimately a risk free use of our services. Calling lists and leads are furnished. There is upward career mobility to actually selling our services if they are successful. Work from home with flexible hours. This position is initially part-time but can lead to more hours for the successful person.

The prospects are located nationally and we are looking for someone who can put in at least 25 hours a week as we have thousands of contacts in our database that need to be called.

Qualifications for applicants:
Minimum of 3 years of telemarketing or inside sales experience (preferably in the healthcare field).
Good English language skills.
Are you willing to at least 25 hours a week on this position?
Are you familiar with minimal technology like Microsoft Office, Google Hangouts, CRM (such as Zoho) e-mail and the Internet?
Have you ever worked in or called on medical offices or hospitals?
Since this position offers a base hourly salary a realistic success quota is attached to the project. Have you successfully been involved with meeting/exceeding quotas?


You will need a good computer (PC preferred over Mac) and a high speed internet connection. Microsoft Outlook and Word are also necessary. Access to either a flat rate long distance calling plan, faxing capability is also necessary. A quiet and organized work space is required.

Compensation is based on experience and performance. This position offers an initial salary of $10.00 -$12.00 /hour plus commissions (based on valid leads for enrolled trial of our services). Individual must be comfortable with consistently meeting sales quotas. Target first 30 days of at least 2 viable leads/trials brought in. Commissions are based on the number of offices that you pre-qualify that move on to a risk free evaluation and then to a customer. For scheduled evaluations that successfully close from your initial call we offer a commission of $50 per office. If your efforts result in 8 or more valid completed consultations per month we offer and additional bonus of $150.00. A good sales person working 25-30 hours per week and making the calls could make at least $25k+ per year. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
