The Legal Assistant will supervise and maintain portfolios or matters as assigned while mitigating loss and legal risk for the Firm's clients by accurately managing the foreclosure process. Legal Assistant will Prepare and mail Notices of Acceleration, and Notices of Application to Foreclosure, Motions and Orders to Foreclosure, and file required documents in the proper court. The person will answer to escalated inquiries from clients, debtors and debtors' attorneys, vendors and staff regarding internal and external processes. Moreover she/he will reconsider and interpret all documents including recorded Deed of Trusts, Property Title, dockets, pleadings, etc.
