Job Description
Key
Responsibilities:
Participate in client implementation plans and timelines for POC, demoes, testing with Client PMs, QA and technical teams.
Responsible for Client POC environments delivery
Ensure delivery of custom development needed for client happens across all client facing channels Online, EIS, Communications
Work with channel PMs/BAs to ensure custom changes get implemented with planned releases
Serve as the internal central point of communication around custom client development status, timelines, and risks
Partner and establish strong collaborative relationships with Client PMs and Technical teams to provide a great onboarding experience to the client.
Ensure project/CRFs are completed on time and within scope
Ensure smooth execution for client demoes Functionality and Performance issues should be resolved.
Coordinate implementation of any custom dev work needed to ensure smooth execution of the demo
Act as the liaison between Client PMs and EIS development team tracking defects and CRF/gaps development
Ensure online experience validation happens in production and pre-prod environments before client launch
Ensure Microsite links and enrollments/login experience works for the client
Ensure strategy and approach for all client channels is validated Participant, Plan Sponsor, Mobile and UD
Provide client fallout support during the warranty period after rollout
Ensure smooth transition of client to Online Production support team.
Ensure online production support team is engaged and is aware of custom development implemented for a client.
Ensure online experience analytics and reports are prepared and shared with partners for all newly on-boarded clients
In addition:
Resolve issues and build internal relationships to help move projects forward
Define, document, and implement process improvements (reduce time to launch)
Play the role of the technical account manager and ensure resolution of production problems as they arise.
Ability to understand and assess business and project risks, and help develop mitigation strategies with other technical staff,
Work with technical managers to identify and resolve persistent and lingering issues.
Identify resources needed to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Ensure timely communications and updates are provided to all relevant parties.
