JFK At Home has a per diem opening for a home care experienced RN. This position is located in our Clark office and services patients in Union, Middlesex and Somerset counties.
The registered nurse is responsible for rendering professional nursing care to patients in their home and assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating home nursing care needs on individual and continuing basis of assigned patients in keeping with agency policies and procedures and external regulations.
Minimum education
Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
Associate in Applied Science (AAS)
Desired education
BSN preferred
Minimum work experience
At least one year RN experience in an acute care setting
Desired work experience
2-3 years Medical Surgical preferred
1 year home health experience preferred
Required licenses/certifications
Current NJ RN License
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Driver license
