Responsibilities:
Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner and promptly announcing their arrival to appropriate personnel.
Handling walk-in situations at the reception desk and coordinate conference room schedule In person and phone client intake Communicate effectively and professionally via telephone, fax, electronic mail, and in person, with all levels of staff, clients, and guests Obtain information to promptly direct callers to appropriate attorney and paralegals.
Receive incoming packages Stay up to date on new social media tools, best practices, and strategies specifically with Google.
Daily social media posting and establishing the firm's presence on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other relevant social media outlets.
Analytically tracking and improving the success of social media efforts Adding to and updating content on various web properties.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, excellent grammar, a clear speaking voice and a professional demeanor.
Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines; self-starter with ability to take initiative and follow through on projects.
Previous experience working in law firm is preferred but not required.
Proficient in Russian or Spanish is a plus.
Must be proficient in Microsoft office and social media outlets.
