30pm (Hybrid schedule - 3 days remote, 2 days in office) Prestigious organization seeking a responsible person for the day-to-day administration of federal and commercial contracts including monitoring FSS tracking customers, creating, and submitting Request for Modifications, contract data validation, timely and correct payment of all rebate obligations, balance sheet validation of federal rebates, and staying current on government regulations and the company's compliance policies to allow senior management to make informed decisions.
What you will be doing:
Analyze and validate data pertaining to chargeback submissions Respond to wholesaler inquiries as well as work with contracted entities to resolve discrepancies Prepare, calculate, and process rebates and administrative fees (GPOs, Hospitals and Federal) Support price notification process with wholesalers, commercial and federal customers Financial analysis to support key stakeholder's efforts to make informed go/no-go pricing decisions Additional responsibilities as needed to support teams during high demand cycles Support the department in data preparation, validation, calculation, and analytics Document processes via SOP creation Ensure systematic and detailed process for recordkeeping to ensure audit readiness What experience we are looking for:
Experience in pharmaceutical federal programs (Medicaid, PHS340B, Federal Supply Schedule) a plus Prior Chargeback and deductions experience a plus Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on time management and follow up Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and pro-active problem-solving expertise Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a time-sensitive manner PC literacy required:
Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred 2
