Insurance Defense Attorney
The candidate will provide legal representation to Progressive insureds and/or to the Progressive Insurance Companies before courts and arbitration panels in all aspects of litigation. Handle own cases from beginning to end, prepare legal pleadings, motions, statements, trial briefs and be involved in negotiating settlements. Work closely with customers and claims team to ensure all appropriate defenses are leveraged to reach positive outcomes.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
